The technician came here and checked all the work.But no work had started.He said that the current work here is major work and that since two or three people are needed, this work is being postponed until tomorrow.They said there would be a charge of Rs 300.Why should I pay Rs. 300 without doing any work?not satisfied this work.

My water heater needed a repair. the work was completed in less than an hour. I was charged Rs 600 instead Rs 390. also, I was asked to pay the amount in cash. when asked for the receipt, I was told that it will be sent through the App.
