IFB Washing Machine RUBBER SLEEVE 6 KG -TYPE 2

The IFB Washing Machine Door Rubber Sleeve / Bellow Gasket (Part Number: UF221RURSL390) is an authentic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement component designed specifically for IFB 6 kg Type 2 front load washing machines. Connecting the front outer tub assembly to the front cabinet door opening, this heavy-duty molded rubber seal creates a complete watertight barrier during wash and high-speed spin cycles. Its flexible bellow profile absorbs intense tub oscillations while preventing water, suds, and clothing from slipping between the rotating inner drum and outer tub shell.

Key Features

• Heavy-Duty Molded EPDM Rubber: Engineered to withstand hot wash temperatures, harsh laundry detergents, descaling chemicals, and constant mechanical flexing without tearing or degrading.

• Integrated Drainage & Fold Design: Features molded bottom drainage channels and flexible folds that channel residual water away and absorb tub movement during spin cycles.

• Precision Factory Fit: Built to OEM dimensional tolerances for 6 kg Type 2 front-load models, ensuring leak-free seating under inner and outer retaining clamp springs.

• Detergent & Mildew Resistant: High-grade elastomer formulation helps resist black mold formation, slime accumulation, and odor retention with regular maintenance.

Benefits

• Eliminates front door leaks, water puddles beneath the appliance, and water dripping down the front panel.

• Solves problems related to torn, punctured, hardened, mold-infested, or foul-smelling door bellows.

• Direct OEM replacement ensures 100% factory clamping alignment and a reliable watertight seal without modifications.

Applications

Designed specifically for IFB 6 kg front load washing machine models (e.g., Diva Aqua, Elena, Eva, and other 6 kg Type 2 series) requiring door rubber sleeve part number UF221RURSL390.

What's Included

• 1 x Genuine IFB Front Load Washing Machine Rubber Door Sleeve / Bellow (UF221RURSL390)

Usage Instructions

1. Unplug the washing machine from the mains electrical socket and turn off the water supply before beginning repair.

2. Remove the outer door clamp spring using a flat-head screwdriver or spring expander tool and peel the front lip of the old gasket away from the front panel.

3. Remove the front control panel and lower service panel, then unbolt and remove the front cabinet panel (if required by your IFB chassis).

4. Loosen or detach the inner tub retaining clamp spring and remove the damaged rubber sleeve from the outer tub lip.

5. Thoroughly clean any soap scum, limescale, or debris from the outer tub rim seating channel.

6. Align the new IFB UF221RURSL390 rubber sleeve (ensuring drain holes are positioned at the bottom 6 o'clock mark) and seat the inner bead securely over the tub rim.

7. Reinstall the inner clamp spring, reassemble the front cabinet, stretch the outer lip over the front panel rim, and secure it with the outer clamp spring.

8. Run a short rinse/spin test cycle to verify watertight operation.

Safety Instructions

• Always disconnect electrical power and turn off the water supply prior to disassembling washing machine panels.

• Wear protective work gloves to avoid sharp edges on internal sheet metal and tub flanges.

Care Instructions

• Wipe down the inner folds of the rubber bellow with a dry microfiber cloth after every wash cycle.

• Leave the washer door slightly ajar when not in use to allow moisture to evaporate and prevent mildew formation.
