Usage Instructions

1. Turn off the air conditioner and disconnect main electrical power at the breaker panel.

2. Remove the front louver assembly, air filters, and front cabinet casing of the indoor air handler.

3. Unbolt and carefully lift or loosen the evaporator coil assembly to create clearance for the fan wheel.

4. Loosen the set screw holding the fan wheel sleeve to the motor shaft.

5. Slide out the old cross flow fan from the bearing support housing.

6. Insert the new LG ADP74133401 fan wheel, align the motor shaft set screw, seat the opposite rubber bearing mount, reassemble the casing, and restore power.

Safety Instructions

• Disconnect main AC power prior to servicing internal blower components.

• Take care not to bend or damage copper evaporator coil fins when lifting the coil frame.
