Usage Instructions

1. DANGER: Unplug the appliance from the electrical power outlet and allow high-voltage capacitors to discharge fully before starting work.

2. Remove the outer cabinet casing and access the main electronic control PCB.

3. Carefully disconnect all wire harness plugs attached to the PCB, noting their locations.

4. Unscrew and remove the control board from its mounting housing.

5. Desolder the damaged relay pin contacts from the underside of the PCB using a soldering iron and desoldering pump/braid.

6. Insert the new LG 6920W2D010A relay pins into the PCB holes, solder firmly into place, reassemble the board and wire harnesses, and test functionality.
