Usage Instructions

1. DANGER: Unplug the appliance from the electrical power outlet and allow high-voltage capacitors to sit.

2. Remove the outer cabinet casing screws and carefully lift off the metal shell.

3. CRITICAL: Discharge the high-voltage capacitor using an insulated screwdriver across terminal posts to the metal chassis.

4. Access the top heating compartment and disconnect the wiring leads from the element terminals.

5. Unscrew the mounting bracket screws securing the heating element to the cavity roof.

6. Position the new LG 5300W1A002U heating element, secure with mounting screws, reconnect terminal leads, reassemble the cabinet, and test heating.
