This Privacy Policy applies to the website and Mobile Website/application Fixail which shall hereinafter be referred to as "website/app" The parties to this privacy policy are Liber Services LLP India ("Data Controller" or “Fixail”) both being the same and you, as the user of this Website/app. Hereinafter, the parties will individually be referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties." Data Controller is the publisher, owner, and operator of this Website/app and is the Party responsible for the collection of information described herein.

A) YOU:  you as a user the service provider and customer agree to this Privacy Policy and continue your use of the Website/app, you will be herein referred as either you, the user or if any second-person pronouns are required and website/applicable, such pronouns as 'your", "yours", etc.
